Local farmers teach students about the crops grown in our area and the products they create. In a thrilling relay race, students race for jars full of seeds like wheat and canola and then race back to find the matching product. Not only do students learn how agriculture is a prominent industry in our backyard, they also see what crops make different foods, like bread made from hard red wheat and soft white wheat makes cakes and crackers.
